Dear Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners
I have just been informed that a Waste Transfer Station is about to be build at: 4400 Shackleford Rd, Norcross, GA 30093. My family and I are very concern and do not like that idea. This Waste Station will hurt our home values, effects quality of life for the surrounding people, scare away potential shoppers of the area business … For those reasons, my family and I respectfully urge you to vote NO on February 3, 2009.
Dear Sir/Madame Commissioner of Gwinnett County
I do not think building a Solid Waste Transfer Station near Gwinnett Mall is a good decision. It is not an acceptable land use for this area. I am strongly OPPOSE the project. Please DENY the rezoning request SUP 09-002 and RZC 09-003 at your next meeting.
To Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners
“Gwinnett the clean and beautiful” is in people mind when they buy properties in Gwinnett County. Put TRASH and SOLID WASTE DUMP in the heart of Gwinnett is not a good idea to keep that slogan. 4400 Shackleford Rd, Norcross, GA 30093, where the proposed SOLID WASTE STATION intended to be build is the heart of our Gwinnett County. This is where most of our county tax revenues come from. Allow this project to be build, will scare those shoppers and restaurant customers away which in turn take the tax money right out of our Gwinnett County tax revenues fund.
We do not want this Waste Station to be at this location. Please DENY this project.
I am AGAINST the Solid Waste Transfer Station proposal at 4400 Shackleford Rd, Norcross. I live in Gwinnett and intend to live here for a long time. Please keep Gwinnett clean and beautiful. Waste Station, Trash Landfill is not a good thing to put in our neighborhood. Traffics is already too bad at I-85, adding more heavy, slow moving trucks to this picture only make it worse. Environment will be effected, Gwinnett tax revenue will be loss (this Waste Station will drive potential customers out of Gwinnett, Discover Mills mall), people will not able to sell their houses (who wanted to buy a house near the Trash Collection location …
For those reasons, please vote NO on this issue. NO Waste Station.
To Gwinnett County Commissioners
We do not want the Solid Waste Transfer Station in the middle of our beautiful Gwinnett. Please vote NO on the rezoning request SUP 09-002 and RZC 09-003 at your next meeting.
